Bossanyi Studio

I was asked by the current owners of the Bossanyi Studio, Eastcote a studio built and used by the artist Ervin Bossanyi when he came to England as a refugee from Nazi Germany, to create stained glass for the windows.

This work was intended as a temporary exhibition along side some smaller works. It was so well liked that the Friends of the Bossanyi Studio were able to fundraise to buy the work to keep it in place.

The design reflected my interest in interfaith spaces and using light as a way to indicate the sacred nature of a space.
